Frontier Shed Co. provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Frontier Shed Co. Sales Center.

Set-up includes leveling the portable building with treated wood blocks provided by the delivery driver; or suitable 4” flat solid concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the Customer. Rent to Own

RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

FAQs
There are no hidden charges, we offer free delivery, (up to 50 miles) free setup and leveling.
You are responsible for granting a clear access to the delivery location. If part of a fence or gate must be removed, Frontier Shed Co. is not responsible for driveway or yard damage or for repairing or replacing fences, gates, trees, etc.
The only requirement is a level location. Our buildings are designed to rest directly on their skids. In order to level the building, we use treated wood blocks. If you would like to have your building on concrete blocks, we only require that you provide the blocks.
A vertical space of 14', measured from the ground to the top of the building when it is on the trailer, is required. Be sure to take any tree branches and utility wires into account. The driver will still need a minimum of 2' of space to maneuver the truck. That is, a building 10' wide will require a 12-foot-wide space. Please take tight turns into account when considering a location.
Frontier Shed Co. buildings are delivered to you on a low hydraulic roller trailer. Once we arrive, our delivery team will assess your site. Once we confirm the location, accessibility, and that the site is properly prepped, we will unload the building from the trailer and place the building on dolly wheels. Then, using our Mule aka. lift machine, we will slowly place your Frontier Shed Co building in your desired location.
A building purchased from a dealer (in stock on the dealer's lot) will take 5-7 days to deliver. If the building purchased must be manufactured it will be 3-5 weeks. Weather conditions and the demand of the season can alter delivery times.
